The garage door threshold seal strip arrived quickly (within 48 hours of placing the order), was securely packaged, and most importantly, complete with instructions. Not being the most proficient handyman, I was glad to see the instructions were comprehensive and more than easy enough to follow. The threshold seal strip is now installed and I'm waiting for the adhesive/sealer to cure before attending to the final clean up. Now just need enough rain to demonstrate that the threshold seal strip "does what it says on the tin"!

From processing to delivery, everything went as agreed. My question was answered immediately.

The online system worked well. After sales were also helpful to clarify delivery process. The insulation material is very good and has made a noticeable difference to the garage. However I had to purchase different double sided adhesive pads as the ones supplied did not adhere to either the metal door or the insulation, irrespective of whether used directly from the strip sheet or heated first. This was disappointing as it delayed installation and added additional cost.

I ordered a garage door threshold which is good quality and very robust. Easy to fit using a stanley knife , the comprehensive instructions and Youtube video and ample adhesive supplied. It's done the job, so far so good. Customer service is also very good, if like me you measured incorrectly, the correct replacement arrived promptly as did the refund. Highly recommended
