Called them up to check on which product I needed ... they were very clear and even directed me to the less expensive option. Product arrived as advertised very very high quality and easy to install. Did the job perfectly.

Amazing product, even the sellotape had a QR code to see a video about installing the device. The main thing is it’s kept the water out of my garage and the weather has been bad.

Ordered a garage door threshold following a small flood. Company very prompt to respond to tell me they were out of stock and order would be delayed a few days giving me the option to cancel. Happy to wait and order came as promised. Instructions very simple and pleased with product. Have already recommended to a neighbour.

Ordering was easy. Delivery quick. Item is very sturdy and stops the rain water getting into the garage.

Great quality product at a good price. Very clear installation instructions on how to fit included. Slight problem with DPD not delivering the original parcel and returning it to Garadry, but a quick email and they immediately sent out a replacement without waiting for the original one to be returned. Cannot fault that level of service.

Quick delivery, excellent product BUT....a few details not aware of like putting sealer on the concrete first ,( so had to buy that). The in house video and diagrams not 100% convincing as to how to place the strip. I looked third party videos on YouTube and found they revealed in more detail. After that it was fine and the sealing strip works as it should do I'm very pleased. Would recommend purchase.
