Having been a subscriber to UAVHUB for a couple of years now I find the customer service to be exemplary. The GVC course was well constructed and took in to account the psychological factors as well as practical physical considerations when flying. I found the videos very useful and explanatory and therefore had no issues with understanding what was required in order to fly safely and therefore gain my A2CoC.
