Very pleased with my cooker hood although not installed yet. Ordered it three times with another company and was damaged every time but this arrived pristine. Delivered on a Saturday at no extra cost which was very helpful and delivery driver even helped me unpack and check it. Would definetly use again.

I really can't fault Ashbee and Wood. They were very helpful on the phone. My product (a blanko sink) arrived within a day or so. The colander was missing, but they sent one immediately and without any fuss. Highly recommended (and the sink too!)

Ordered my AEG oven with Graham at Ashbee and Wood, I thought he was very helpful and patient answering my (many) questions, the delivery guy arrived on time (had a call the morning of delivery with a half hour time slot) and was enthusiastic and eager to please. Will definitely use again when the next appliance packs up.

Our washing machine packed up yesterday. Called Graham today (Saturday) at 11am to discuss a suitable replacement, and not only did he sort us out with a cracking deal on a new Electrolux, it was delivered within two hours!!!
