I was delighted to find this product which is for my disabled son to use in his wheelchair. Other companies only have them with handles which makes using them in wheelchairs very difficult.

I am still yet to locate my package which apparently was delivered to a neighbour (even though I hadn't specified for it to be left with a neighbour).. The photo evidence simply shows the front door if a neighbours house but no evidence of a parcel.. The neighbour reports they don't have my parcel.. So I've paid for a product and the product is missing.. Extremely disappointed with the service and first time buying from this company.
