Very helpful staff. I needed a ear tips for my stetoscope, but they disnt got it in stock. Katie contact me and found the model that I need and sort it for me. Only issue i experienced was I order tips that was saying in stock but actually they wasn't, so they inform mw true email and gavr me otger options.
