The order was left outside the door. We were never informed by call, just a photo was emailed to us. As a result, by next morning, the package was stolen and had to chase the team to find a solution to this. Had to call myself next day to get update and was told that the item is out of stock. Now, we have to wait for the stock to come in and then another one will be sent. Not a pleasant experience as a first time buyer.

The main reason for buying a Stethoscope was for the engraving. However it's so small and faint it can barely be seen, even if looking for it. So a bit disappointed as it was a gift and the person I gave it to struggled to find it.

Absolutely appalled. Received a banana transfer board. All dirty and scratches. When I emailed customer service they told me it’s the pattern. Dirt is not a pattern. Black marks on the board.

The website was down for maintenance, so I couldn’t choose and order the items I needed in time for my flight, so I called the company directly and the lady I spoke with (forgive me I can’t remember your name🙈), well that lady went above and beyond to help me choose the products I needed by actually physically checking their stock, calling me back and giving me descriptions over the phone. You’re awesome, for want of a better word. I purchased the 5.11 cams 3.0 190ltr rolling deployment bag and a 5.11 flag bearers multi cam cap. The deployment bag is awesome! It’s huge! Great price, great delivery time

I recently ordered a large quantity of HS1 AED pads for the three AEDs we have. Whilst they were sent quicker than expected I was dismayed the paediatric pads had been on Medtree's shelf since early 2022 (over a year) and had lost a significant part of their shelf life - the adult pads were only a few months better. These are very expensive limited life items and I feel I've paid over the odds - these should have been discounted. If you don't sell that many you should drop ship from the manufacturer and not leave them in stock
