Easy to use website and order arrived quickly thank you

A great company easy to work with and very customer focused. Would have been 5 stars but there was an issue with the delivery (All down to the courier). However as soon as I contacted MedTree they did their upmost to correct the situation.

Great product and received safely and within short time

Product arrived quickly but was faulty. It has since been replaced but company let itself down a tiny tiny bit by lack of information regarding return and replacement.

Ordered my product on a bank holiday Monday, shipped next day and arrived by Wednesday 9am. Very competitive pricing, almost £20 cheaper than other distributers. Great service and would definitely buy from again.

Trousers were a poor fit for me. Nothing actually wrong with the garment however. Very poor returns service as buyer had to raise a return request with MedTree & wait for it. Pay for a secure return through royal mail and print a specific return label. Too much hassel. Great products for sale but the hassel of the returns service puts me off!

Thanks allowing me to write about the experience. It was so easy for me to purchase what I was looking for and the delivery was done within a few days. I am looking forward for more purchases in future.

i brought an add on for my 5.11 backpack well made i’m happy with it , the service was good apart from the delivery company who left my £40 package on the doorstep .

Superlative customer service/communication where e.g. A specific format of a product which was needed (and unavailable, literally, anywhere else) and they located and obtained it immediately (impressive!). Constant updates as to progress of orders. Very fast and secure delivery. As such, simply exemplary service!

Very quick delivery (as good as, if not better than, a certain S American river ;-)...) ; everything arrived well-packed and the prices were about the cheapest around. Can't fault this company :-)

Order and delivery was in good time. However, I sometimes find the website won’t let me pay by credit card when I use a certain code and will only let me pay by PayPal.
