I had a delivery due today & ask Regal Fish to leave my delivery in the garage if not in. I had to go out collect a prescription when I got back checked the garage but not missed my delivery. However when I open my front door there is a Regal Fish leaflet with the following message:- Your frozen fish is in the freezer & the chilled in the fridge” What amazing service. Have been a customer many years & always been delighted with my fish & service but this was extra special service.

Wonderful very fresh fish. Everything I've had has been excellent. It is difficult to buy fish locally - you can only get pre-packaged in plastic fish in the supermarket now the fish counters have gone, supermarket fish is often not as fresh and tastes sub-standard being wrapped in plastic - often tainting the flavour with a "plastic" taste. Regal fish never disappoints and we now eat vegetables, fish and meat, in that order! Eating fish makes you feel that you're doing something good for your health which I don't feel eating meat. It's lovely having very cold fish delivered direct to the door, then packed and in the freezer within 1/2hr. No trek around the supermarket in a trolley, sitting in a warm car and delay unpacking and putting away. All super fresh. Happy customer!

Our first delivery.... Excellent Salmon and so fresh as were the Sea Bass fillets. These were bigger and so much better than the local supermarket supplies. We will be back for more now we know how quickly they disappear from the fridge/freezer !

Lovely quality fresh fish, well packaged and delivered to the door. Like to buy when they are delivering in the area, as it is more eco friendly. It was very tasty. Will buy again.

We have been customers of Regal Fish for some time now. The customer service has always been customer focused & their products that we have had excellent quality. We have just tried the haddock fillets skin on, & they are a nice firm flesh, which flakes from the skin & is the best tasting haddock we've ever had & not strong flavour. Fillet size are very good. Always delivered when they say, its nice to feel like a valued customer. Highly recommended.

I love Regal Fish. I have used them for four years now and have never had anything that I dont like including haddock, king prawns and some delicious frozen breaded fish. And a few times I have missed my delivery and they have left it in a cool bag on my doorstep; now that's customer service.
