Prompt Response and Resolved the issue immediately. We had clock Mein for warehouse team and we lost log in details. Contacted Ratika Bhatia for the issue. She was on leave on that day however she communicated to the EI office and make sure it resolve the issue immediately. Caroline Bernardo helped to resolve the issue.
