Stuart was thorough with the valuation and very informative about the process throughout. The report was sent over in less than a week, and is extremely comprehensive. I also appreciate that all the details of cost, validity of the report, etc. are communicated upfront. Highly recommend!

Stuart Boughey was incredibly helpful throughout the surveying process from suggesting the appropriate survey to discussing the findings. The report he produced was incredibly detailed yet simple to follow. As a first time buyer I had a lot of questions. Stuart listened, was patient and responsive. Through our discussions I was able to prioritise actions on the property prior to the sale and have a good understanding of work I need to consider in the future. The surveyor from Webster's, Stuart Boughey, produced an excellent and detailed Level 3 survey of the property. I had asked, in advance of the survey, that various small issues were investigated and they were, in addition to the big issues. After I had read the report Mr Boughey patiently answered the questions that I had and used the conversation to illuminate further some of the material in the report.

Mr Shutkever provided an exhaustive detailed report for Capital Gains Tax purposes in good time, despite delays on the part of my letting agency and my tenant.
