It was my first time purchasing Hansgrohe products, and I had some problems with the performance of the item I bought almost 3 years ago from Amazon (Amazon rejected solve the problem and contacted Hansgrohe directly), and thanks to absolutely fantastic customer service and the 5-year guarantee promise, the problem was solved promptly. Your representative Sophie Merrell should be promoted to head of customer services immediately! I'm not being facetious, she was great. I had filled in your "contact form" eight days previously and had no replay (apart from the automatic one). Three days later, I sent a further email complaining that I hadn't received a reply but again got no answer. When I telephoned and got through to Sophie, she was apologetic, courteous and eager to address my problem which she certainly did. All of the customer services people who totally ignored my initial communication are a disgrace to Hansgrohe and you would be better off replacing them

Awful products! Taps stain so easily…clean one day…stained the next! Can’t remove them having tried so many different products! Don’t waste your money!

I have contacted Hansgrohe about my bathroom tap, which I had installed a few months ago but unfortunately the tap has developed some chrome corrosion due to chemical I have used to clean it. I was helped by Emma who when i explained what has happened, she has agreed to send me a new tap as a gesture of good will with cleaning instructions. Thank you Emma for you help I'm very much delighted with you service.

Definitely there are problems with Eurobath, but once the management of Hansgrohe are alerted, I am totally reassured that the experience of the customer is really valued by Hansgrohe, the solution is completely to my full satisfaction. I am glad I have made a right choice of choosing Hansgrohe and I will continue to do so. The previous post I have deleted as the issue had been settled.

In a very short time Emma in the customer service department identified the 25+ year old shower mixer tap and sent me the drawings have how to change the cartridge. This was extremely helpful, prompt service most pleasantly handled.

Great company..no asking for pictures or videos of the leak in my shower head …just sent out the part needed and even said they will sort out a plumber to fit it if I can’t do it myself 10/10
