Have recently signed up with Lebara and I have an issue with voice mail, have spoken with 3 different customer service agents and still not resolved. The last agent I spoke with said she would raise a support issue and that someone would be shortly in contact, that’s over a week ago and still no contact. Dire support, also in my experience I have not found these agent to be very helpful, the ones I have spoken with were abrupt and and downright obnoxious, thankfully I am not tied into a long term contract!
