I went to the customer service chat and the agent Siyona was very helpful, cancelled the order, requested a refund, and guided me on how to order a new one to my existing sim.

I had not breached fair usage policy yet I received a warning text that I had 15 days to either purchase a topup or go back to the UK. Being on holiday I did not want to go back to the UK just to keep my phone working! Akshey reset my roaming allowance in no time at all - so the moral is - If you have a roaming problem that seems wrong then contact Lebara so sort it :-) Thank you :-)
