This review is of the amazing customer service I received while purchasing custom pens. The customer service rep who dealt with me has a lot of patience! They were so helpful. They edited my proof to be exactly what I wanted and I’m so excited to get my pens!

There site showed picture of the business cards with the logos on them. After taking my money sends me out a bunch of cards WITHOUT the logo, customer service is extremely rude and unhelpful. Basically stole my money and sent me a bunch of useless pieces of paper. Do not trust these scammers

While placing my order there were some changes that needed to be made on Dec.14th I had 1 proof then on Dec 15th the type had been changed someone had spelled changed Feliz Navidad to Fliez Navidad. Customer Service told me to place another order at a discount. but wanted to research weather I could get a refund. I was looking at the changes I requested not what the type setter had changed. BestPrintBuy should do some basic spell checks. The system for proofing is poor even my program underlines Mispelled words.

Materials ordered are good quality. However I waited many weeks to get them.
