The business cards I had printed were not accurate and did not have my office address on them and the postcard mailers I bought indicated they could be EDDM but upon going to the post office was informed they cannot actually be sent EDDM as they were too small.

THERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER, HOWEVER THEY JUMPED RIGHT ON TO MAKE IT RIGHT. I'M WAITING FOR THE REPRINTS. MY OTHER TWO ORDERS WERE PERFECT! VERY IMPRESSED WITH THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MAKING THE WRONG RIGHT

Ordered car magnets from this site to advertise my business. When I got them they didn't stick to my truck. Called this company and they told me the "skipped the magnetizing" step after they made the signs. They said they will redo and send me new magnetized ones no extra charge. A week has gone by and I called to get a status on the reorder. They never reordered them. They told me it was probably because my truck was made of the new aluminum body and wouldn't stick. So I asked for a refund. They gave me a bogus refund amount of less than what paid. I showed them what I paid and they finally agreed to refund me in full. Why do I have to go through all this for car magnets? The gentleman on the phone sounded like I was bothering him. Well, they have my money and I don't have what they promised on their site...that bothers me.
