I purchased 3 products recently as I transferred my real estate license to a different Keller Williams market center and needed to update my marketing material. First, I created 3 designs and approved the proofs. Second, I get an email where BestPrintBuy.com made their own suggestions to alter my already approved proofs. I guess I can appreciate the company attempting to print products that could be unsatisfactory, but that is why I approved the original proofs. I asked them to revert to my original design (that I had approved) via email. A few days went by and I noticed my order said "still waiting for approval." So I called to reaffirm the changes that I wanted to see and the customer service rep approved them over the phone. I received my 3 marketing material pieces days later...the mailing labels were perfect and as approved, the business cards were incredibly low quality and it appears the red ink must have been low, and my notecard design was not done as I asked by removing a company logo.

The products are high quality and the shipping was fast, but to pay over $20 to ship folders is ridiculously high and may prevent us from ordering again.
