I ordered post cards and when I received them the box was addressed to me but the post cards were for someone in Kansas and I’m in Michigan. I contacted customer service and apparently this happens more often then you would think. It took an extra few days to receive the correct postcards.

United States | 10 October 2019Ordinarily I would have given it 5 stars. Have ordered before and the quality is good. I wish they would use UPS instead of FedEX though. This last order is still floating around somewhere??? Not the first time for me that FedEx has tried delivering to the wrong house.
