United States | 19 March 2019This is the 2nd or 3rd time I've used Best Buy for my business cards. Their print work is good, prices fairly good, but I'm not pleased with their customer service. I placed an online order after end of business day, spoke to them immediately the next morning for a very minor change to my card, and they stated there was absolutely nothing they could do to change it already. Would have been nice if they could have at least tried, that's all I asked, but they refused to even attempt to make my change request. Just wish they were flexible in their customer service department.
