United States | 08 March 2019I received my business cards, and there were black smudges of ink all over my face on each of the 1,000 cards I ordered. I called customer service, and they asked me to send pictures of my cards, which I did. After seeing my cards, they assured me this was not their normal production, and they would be sending the images over to their production team to analyze what went wrong. However, they were going to make new cards and send those to me. It's now a week later, and I'm told they are still working on my cards. It should have been a simple reprint, and since it was a damaged product due to their error, you'd think they would make sure it was a quick turn-around time. I ordered the cards when I did because I needed them shortly thereafter. I'm definitely very, very disappointed in the lack of professionalism and care for the customer.

We ordered 5 sets of business cards, the shipping should not have been more that $20 and yet we paid $60 since they all shipped separately. I don’t think we’ll be ordering from y’all anymore if we can’t combine our shipping.
