I use Best Print for most of my real estate signs & marketing materials. Just finished printing fall sports' schedule magnets for my kids' school and they had to be rush printed and shipped (at my expense). But the reason for the delay in printing was a lack of communication by Best Print and their internal organization. They apologized for their mistake in failing to communicate with me but I didn't like having to pay for overnight shipping at my expense. I would expect them to pay that expense since it was their mistake.

Love the cards. Prompt service also but high shipping cost and overall it’s expensive. Paid over $70 for 500 cards. I expected better pricing especially being a repeat customer. No discounts/ coupons. I was in a rush, ordered them anyway but will consider other options next time.

I asked customer service to fill up my card with larger print. They did not. You need to have a magnifying glass to read the information. I am very disappointed -- I ordered 1000 cards with printing on both front and back. They also required me to get a new photo, they said the one I sent them would be blurry--guess what? the new one is blurry too! so I wasted $50 on a new photo! My Bling name tags -- the first one had NO bling! the second one has bling but you can't read the print, again too small.... I have more printing needs, I will be going elsewhere.
