We had a typo on our print product. Production caught the typo, but never contacted us. They just changed it to something other than what it was supposed to be. They should have called to ask what word we were trying to say. Prosperity was mistyped as properity. They changed it to property. Instead of contacting us to see what the correct word should be. Resulting in the sentence making no sense

I had changed my office address and 2 other things on my contact info on my business card order. it was as if they never even checked. They sent me a proof and nothing was updated. My previous order came in a box that was too large and it had vents. You could see through the box. My cards arrived wet and dirty. They were going to send me a replacement and never did. The quality of the card I'm very happy with.
