User friendly, and the prices were good...BUT I ordered postcards, and was very disappointed that Bestbuy Print could not tell me to who they had been mailed. This makes it very difficult for me to follow-up when farming an area. For this reason, I will not be using Bestbuy Print anymore. It's a shame, because I have ordered many items and was always happy. Live and Learn.

The printing was accurate and timely. The only problem was the delivery. The one corner was damaged and about 20 cars are not usable. No compensation needed... however, I the carrier may want to know this

Great Quality, Great Service! I have always liked the quality of the business cards I have been ordering for years from BestPrintBuy and always received quick deliveries. It's very easy to order or reorder on their site.

I ordered many things from this company. Most were good experiences. However, for the few bad ones the customer service was horrible! One sign I ordered, I got the wrong item. I got someone else's order! For almost a week they said they would get back to me on what to do about it. The other bad time, I called and emailed and got several different delivery days for an item that never was shipped. This was well over when the item was supposed to have been already received. I feel like I was lied to by being told a delivery date that was wrong multiple times and this was bad customer service. No one knew what was going on and they said they would get back to me and never did. They left me hanging. Eventually, they did ship the item 2 day air as promised, but not on the days they told me it would ship. Still waiting on my shipping refund, they wouldn't give me a discount or anything else off for the inconvenience and their customer service department not knowing what is going on :(

Very good service, abit pricey, but good choices

I received 3 badges as ordered but one had some scratches on the face and a few of the "bling jewels" from the edging were missing and nowhere to be found in the heavily crumpled delivery box. (The crumpled box is really a UPS problem where the box looked a little liked it took part unsuccessfully in the famous Pamplona, Spain "Running with the Bulls" event.) Otherwise there was fairly good quality with the other badges and service.

I ordered business cards, New name tag and a Polo shirt with my business logo. Everything came promptly and was exactly as ordered. The prices are not bad either.
