Excellent supplier and outstanding customer service. I recently ordered more business cards and approved a proof that was incorrect. Totally my fault. Not only did they correct it for me but they sent replacement business cards. I would not use anyone else, ever!

3rd time was not the charm BestPrintBuy.com. Although delivery and the process more than acceptable, this order we added the CRS logo to the card and the quality and image is poor. The logo provided by BestPrintBuy.com for the CRS designation looks like a blue smudge or ink spot....cannot make out any of the logo. Proof did not represent the poor finished logo.

Ease of ordering, timely shipping. The only issue I have with my order, and it's a small one, is that the printing on my name tag is very small in proportion to the size of the tag. I don't remember it being that way when I approved the proof. My logo and name take up 1/3 of the tag with 2/3's being blank. The printing is tiny and I probably would have made it bigger if possible. Everything else was great.

Up until this most recent order, things have been great. My most recent order of 2000 business cards came back too dark and my photo looks dirty and unflattering. I have sent a card from an earlier batch along with the most recent card to show the difference. Both cards used the exact same image to print from. I was most disappointed when the customer service rep said that I may be stuck with these bad cards due to no guarantee that you could match colors from previous orders. I am hoping that is not the case.

They worked hard to get me the design I wanted and followed my directons. Customer service was professional and helpful.
