Neil, at Y2 Learn Driver Training, is the calmest, most relatable instructor you could imagine. It is a huge decision entrusting someone to teach your child to drive and Neil proved to be the perfect choice. His manner and structured approach instilled confidence in my son and a belief in his own ability which was great to see. An excellent driving school that I would highly recommend. My experience, with learning to drive with Neil has been wonderful and he is an incredible instructor that goes above and beyond for his students. An instructor with a high level of professionalism whilst also being welcoming, supportive, and creating a calm atmosphere within the vehicle. The lessons were always beneficial and enjoyable, and I looked forward to them always and recommended the school to all of my friends learning to drive.

I would like to say a MASSIVE MASSIVE Thankyou to the amazing Joanne for having me the past 3-4weeks!! With only 4 hours of Joanne taking me round Hinckley, and touching me up on the aspects I needed to work on, I have passed first time today!! She has been the most patient instructor I could’ve asked for and I would Highly, HIGHLY, recommended booking yourself in! She is calm, collected and Very helpful throughout all lessons and the videos recommended to watch in my own time was a god send! Whenever I felt nervous, she would reassure me and talk me through… especially after only having 2 hours sleep last night. So again, a MASSIVE Thankyou to Joanne Pritchard! And As I said, I HIGHLY recommend this amazing school.

I have loved my driving experience with Y2. My instructor Jo made me feel so relaxed and because i was so relaxed it allowed me to learn and become a better driver. I also did a motorway lesson after i passed my test and this has grown my confidence as a driver and doing this lesson was definitely worth it in the long run. They were very flexible with choosing lessons and i also completed the honest truth programme which expanded my knowledge on the responsibilities of being a driver. Every single lesson i felt like i learnt something new and i never had any problems.

Neil is the best driving instructor ever !! He’s so patient and good to learn with I couldn’t recommend him enough. He would always tell me what I need to improve on after every lesson and help me with every step. I have now passed my driving test first time with only 3 minors all thanks to neil !!!

Jo was a great teacher for me she made my confidence in driving grow week on week. I always felt at ease and learning the new skill was made easy by the excellent teaching that Jo gave me. Thankyou for teaching me to drive.

I passed my driving test 1st time nearly 7 years ago and highly rate Neil, he made me feel really comfortable and explained things thoroughly. In April this year my daughter started having lessons with Neil as I was sure she would also feel the same about him and I knew his knowledge and skills were great. She passed her test yesterday 1st time with only one minor! We would highly recommended not only Neil but the whole Y2 Learn driving school as I’m more than confident in saying he would train all instructors to his high standards.

I would highly recommend Neil at Y 2 Learn as he supported me to pass my Theory and Practical Driving test first time. He was patient and communicated well throughout. Each lesson would gradually build on from the last, this was particularly good as it meant that I did not feel overwhelmed.

I had my lessons with Jo and was at a very hard time in my mental health jo has managed to help build my confidence and perseverance of jo is incredible I can honestly say that I trust her whole heartedly and couldn’t recommend anyone better she is patient and calming and have finally passed through her hard work and determination kept me going and she is amazing! Y2LERN (Neil weightman) Is an excellent driving school and instructors, professional, trust worthy, reliable. I passed my test with them and very happy with all my lessons. Unlike my first instructor who claimed to have AA standards but turned out to be very rude and impatience, I wasted 10 hours on him. Neil taught me to drive a few years a go now, and he did an amazing job. I was really nervous and his teaching made learning to drive very calm. He explained everything step by step which made it easier to understand. By learning to drive with Neil, I was able to pass first time with only 1 minor.
