Compré un objetivo sony, a esta tienda desde España. El objetivo tenía una promoción de 200 euros de la marca. Cuando registré el objetivo desde sony me dicen que no tengo derecho al reembolso porque lo compré en Alemania y yo vivo en España, el caso es que la promoción es europea. Mal por Sony, pero es que la tienda tampoco me indicaba que podía ocurrir esto ni se ha dignado a ponerse en contacto conmigo a pesar de que les escribí un mail, explicando el caso. Muy mal servicio postventa, se desentiende de todo una vez han realizado la venta.

Half jaar geleden al tevreden met aankoop van Olympus tgh 6 voor een goede prijs en met goede levering . Helaas echter problemen met de camera op duikavakantie . Voor reparatie opgestuurd en foto erhardt heeft een nieuwe camera toegestuurd en de garantie regeling aangevraagd bij Olympus. Erg blij met deze super service !

Guter Service, schnelle Lieferung. Leider musste ich meinen Fotorucksack wieder zurück schicken, weil es meinen Anforderungen nicht entsprach. Mit der Retoure klappte alles bestens und es erfolgte eine schnelle Rücküberweisung.

I was a little nervous about ordering from Foto Erhardt in Germany but they have met my expectations. I ordered a Hoya Nano HD MkII PL filter, which is not currently available in UK. The price from Foto Erhardt was slightly cheaper than UK prices, and the delivery was a little slow (5 days) - but the right product arrived without any fuss. I would not hesitate to recommend or use again.

I ordered a few necessary items to be used in a photo shoot two weeks from the order date. Directly after the order, I sent an email to confirm that they would arrive on time. I received a reply saying that one of the items was out of stock. I then asked them to remove the items and asked again to confirm that they would arrive on time. They agreed to cancel the item but I received no response about the delivery date. I sent another email a few days later with the same question and received no response. A couple days after that, I called customer service and was told that the items would ship that same afternoon. Finally, two days after the phone call (a full week after my order was placed), I received an email saying the goods were being shipped. It is unbelievable that the store took one week to package items that were in stock, that they ignored two of my emails and that the customer service person lied about the date of sending. The items will not arrive on time to the shoot, and I will have to rent or buy them locally and return the package. I am very disappointed in the service of this company and will never use them again for items that need to arrive on time.
