I didn't really enjoy a great experience when ordering my printer cartridges as I was just using the voucher issued after placing an order with Coopers. Despite getting a further discount on the order from Microsoft, it still worked out dearer for 5 cartridges at £83.56 (£16.71 each) than buying a twin-pack at my local supermarket for £29.50 (£14.75 each). Printerinks prices not as competitive for small orders.

Needed ink cartridge urgently which cost £197 and was happy to see they had it in stock after searching the other companies. So ordered that and another one to find that this was not the case had to wait on the delivery of the urgent one and no correspondence was given until I contacted them
