United Kingdom | 07 December 2023Bought a toner cartridge that the website said supported my printer. Upon arrival the cartridge specifically stated it doesn't support it. I've now spent days talking on the telephone and via email to try and get it returned/refunded. Been told it's ok but then don't receive the email with the postage/return info. Extremely time consuming and frustrating.
