I have purchased from PrinterInks in the past and been very happy with the company, its products and Service. This time however: I ticked the box to receive an email discount -that did not arrive. When I went back to order -the Log-In would not work! I did speak with a delightful lady who processed the order for me, but this should not have been necessary?

You would not accept my e-mail address so I couldn't pay on line and had to phone. This is the second time I have tried to place an order. No one else has a problem with my e-mail address so why do you?
