I received a call back with in the hour and my issue was then easily resolved.

I spoke with Bilal this morning because of a minor issue I was unable to solve. However Bilal was very professional and guided me swiftly and smoothly. Bilal was very clear with his English communicating skills and he very easily resolved the issue for me. Well done Bilal!!

Our company has been with Gnomen from the beginning. The property management software is excellent. It can be a little tricky to negotiate sometimes as it's not always the easiest way of doing something that is the correct way! The support team are very good and respond to issues promptly. Our window cards now look amazing!
