Great software and equally good support. We have been using Gnomen for our property management and we are very happy to how it work seamlessly with our systems. Any issues are promptly resolved by support team and it'd good to speak to actual people rather than troubleshooting through manual. The people at Gnomen are always more than ready to help. Issues that inevitably come up get resolved very quickly. You get a big company's technical services alongside the caring attitude towards helping your business succeed that I would only expect of local brand. Their system has continuously developed over the years. It's fascinating to watch the software evolve and offer more and more services. It's also refreshing to send a feature request and watch it pop up in the next release. Gnomen have helped my company be a success over the years. When you can hand a system to a new user and watch them intuitively work it out, you know you are onto a good thing. The lettings management features are great. The software's ability to pump out feeds to the major portals, documents, emails and your website is a time saver and the features that match your database of clients with suitable properties will automate much of your marketing. I was first opposed to the idea of using Gnomen, I was used to the software I was using before and didn't want to go through all the effort to learn something new. Gnomen is really quick and simple, I haven't had any training courses or guidelines as it's that simple. It contains so much information which is great. On top of that if you run into any issues or errors the support team are high on their heels to get the problem solved. I really would recommend Gnomen it's been a great change.
