Extremely Bad service!!

The Company (if they even are one are shocking! ) No response if you try to call them, I have have been trying to call them for days. The answer phone sounds genuine but I'm pretty sure they are a scam company as they NEVER Answer regardless of which option you choose!!!! Just about to raise a Paypal Dispute. Wish me luck!

We ordered some items including a beauty trolley and stool. We have received nothing since cleared payment. Furthermore, they now have no active phone lines so everything is now being run via email. The company is a SCAM. BEWARE. SCAM SCAM SCAM

I spent £100 on ZED MED which are the same company as this one! NOTHING came through , no ORDER CONFIRMATION , no dispatch note , so now I do not even have an ORDER number but I will have to do a Paypal dispute I have Autistic children WAITING TO BE TESTED FOR COVID as we have run out of tests so this is absolutely APPALLING 'service' as how can there be NO ORDER CONFIRMATION NOR dispatch notice as it is MEANT to be sent the next day but was NOT so NOTHING has been sent and yet they have my £100 and children in urgent NEED of a Covid lft who CANNOT be tested now!! :-(

I called Customer Services not really expecting much but was so pleasantly surprised by the friendly and informative advice I was given I ordered straightaway and the table came the following day. Brilliant service!

Ordered a product from this site and then looked at the reviews. I thought oh no but then the item was delivered the next day, well packaged. Very pleased but they still don’t answer the phone.

Adding to all of the voices here saying this company is terrible. Failed to deliver the item. Waited more than two months and they kept promising delivery in 10 days, then nothing still. Now trying to get a refund.

Made an order which failed to be delivered after several phone.messages and emails no response. They don t answer phones. Now to try and get refund of.paypal. This company is shocking.

Tried to order a shower seat, priced at £29.85. Tried to charge a further £29.85 for shipping. Pure and utter extortion!!! Were trading as Zedmed. Best avoided.
