United Kingdom | 11 December 2020I nearly didn’t buy from the company based on the negative reviews. But the crane I wanted for my son was only available here. I’m so pleased I took the chance, service was fab, the delivery prompt. We have just put the item together for a Xmas gift and it’s better than I thought it would be. Thankyou very much. Don’t be put off by a few negative reviews, give them a chance

United Kingdom | 16 November 2020I placed my order on 18th October and received the first part, after emailing to find out what was happening on 27th October. I was assured I would receive the other part of the order within the next two days. Needless to say nothing has happened and my further email has gone unanswered. I do NOT recommend using this company.

United Kingdom | 26 September 2020I was checking for reviews for weelko.co.uk but could not find any. I noticed on weelko.co.uk website the email address was info @ naturalliving.co.uk, therefore I checked reviews for naturalliving.co.uk and found these bad reviews. The email address and office address are the same on weelko.co.uk and naturliving.co.uk. These reviews have saved me from wasting £99, thank you.

United Kingdom | 01 September 2020This company supplied me with substandard face visors and face masks. Some arrived broken. All were poor. The prices were high and so I expected wonderful items. They also charge extortionate postage. I contacted Customer Service and was told I could send items back but at my own cost. I assumed I would get a full refund. I had to chase up any sort of a refund. They only gave me a refund on the goods. The outward and return postage costs , they will not refund. I have resorted to contacting PayPal because the company are difficult, selfish and uncooperative. It’s a huge rigmarole with PayPal not having live agents now. It’s way past Lockdown too. Everything must be done via messaging. So it looks like a long while before I’ll get anywhere. This country.....

United Kingdom | 10 June 2020this is the worst company ever on the planet - atrocious. We bought a brand new HAG chair - which they delivered in bits, not even assembled, and, as it turned out, damaged in transit. So a £1,100 chair arrived broken. Obviously we sent pics and asked for an immediate refund. They accepted it and said they would organise collection the next day, and would refund us. Nothing ever happened - no collection and they stopped communicating with us. So via the Paypal resolution centre we asked for a refund for defective goods - which under UK consumer rights law, and under the company's own contract (their T&C) is within our rights. They clearly disputed it, so it dragged on for 6 weeks, Paypal asked us to pay a third party expert to get confirmation of the damage, and we also had to pay to send their chair back. Eventually we were of course refunded. I have referred them to their local Trading Standards, but just avoid them - plenty of much better competition. They basically wanted to hold on to our cash as long as possible. Horrendous

United Kingdom | 02 May 2020Extortionate pricing. Charging nearly £20 exc VAT for 500ml hand sanitiser, that is £15 excl VAT elsewhere for same UK brand, is extortionate, if not profiteering, out of the pandemic.

United Kingdom | 30 April 2020Charging an extra £16 a bottle for 100ml of Spirigel antiviral hand gel is pretty appalling in the middle of a pandemic where tens of thousands of people are dead this stuff is normally around £2 a bottle you should be ashamed of yourself.
