I am between a rock and a hard place with this company they claimed to send me a SIM card for my transfer, and confused my daughters SIM card that was already sent, and I never received mine. I’ve been without cellular service for 5 days, I’m a mother of two in a single adult household working 40hr/weeks one of my children is disabled. I NEED my phone line. regardless of how inexpensive the plan is, it is a service I have paid for and have the right to receive. I have made countless attempts to make contact through email and the customer service number, customer service is almost unreachable, cannot provide a transfer pin or agree to unlock phone. Finally I was able to reach a kind individual whom was willing to priority ship my SIM card yesterday, thank You to that guy. Everyone else in spite of my kind demeanor was very rude. If your already trapped, I want to offer a very useful tip: Airvoice Wireless provides a 5 digit PIN number to reach customer service in your account, however when prompted by phone when calling customer service the automated message requests a 6 digit pin. I had to change my 5 digit pin that Airvoice wireless provided in my account to a 6 digit pin and was finally able to reach a representative. If your on the fence about this service, I’m sure there are many other cellular services that will be adequate in comparison.

I am a real person and agree with all the other real reviews on this site... AirVoice Wireless is a TERRIBLE provider. Their customer service is completely unacceptable. Often their customer service number says its been disconnected, when it does work, I have been on hold literally for hours and gotten looped through their automated directory. The cell service is also poor at best, with spotty service and interrupted billing that dropped my service often. DO NOT use this company!

WORST phone company I’ve never dealt with. I wouldn’t be surprised if these positive reviews are fake. I’ve been trying to get a hold of them for WEEKS with no response. I stayed on the chat for hours, emailed, and been on the phone without a response. In fact, I had family members trying calling them with no success. I emailed them ask for my information to port out, and the person provided the wrong pin. Then I had to email them again, and after weeks, once I finally got a response and asked for my pin to transfer out, they stopped responding. These people are a joke and their lack of customer service is circus quality. Phone plans cost are also unreasonable. Why would you pay $35 for 16gb of data when you could pay $5-$10 extra for unlimited data somewhere else. I regret bringing my service to them and I just want to take my number with me.

Horrible wait time and no one answers the call instead have to leave voicemails I’ve had to wait 5 hours to talk to someone. Another session was a 4 hour wait very poor

I put my information in 3 times rejected 3 times so my address matched everything except my identification card as I have a 2 month wait to have it updated in Florida my SSI paperwork is current valid, my Medicaid and suncap are current. What gives because Florida is not allowed??
