Description off product was misleading

First time customer and maybe the last time. I would have given five stars but due to me now having to chase for my refund I’m little bit annoyed. I bought the items around 6AM on Wednesday I paid £5.39 for “Express Tracked Next Day Delivery” but I didn’t receive the parcel till Friday which then had a knock on effect has they was a birthday gift. I contacted customer service via Email I got a fast reply from Jackie saying I can have a refund on the postage but since then I’ve heard nothing and NO refund. I’ve sent three Emails. I was very pleased with the service and overall prices but now not so much as I’m the one who doing the chasing for a service I paid for but didn’t receive. UPDATE: I’ve now received my refund first thing Monday morning with apologise and reason for delay. So because of this I’ve updated my score as I had no other issues and found the prices and overall experience excellent.

Quick and simple

The quality of the products was actually good, the problem was the courier! We ordered some products for an event at 11 a.m. and paid for next day delivery to ensure we have them by the next evening. Evri, their delivery partners, messed us around for 3 days with app showing that goods were out for delivery daily and then going back to the warehouse. Using these cowboys, actually tarnishes Bondara's reputation.

Great ordering experience. However I’ve tried to return an item several times but the bar code on the label keeps saying invalid. This has spoiled my experience with bondara a bit.

Easy to order, quick service and arrival of order

The experience from ordering from Bondara was fantastic. The delivery was very quick indeed. However out of the things I ordered didn't work for me. It's a 5 for experience a 3 for products so a 4 average. I am aware that this is always part of the process and some of it is about finding what works for you.
