I had a faulty product delivered, but the customer services team were super helpful and responsive, and sent me a replacement product straight away. Other than that, everything turned up just as expected and it was a really positive experience.

Product not what I expected. Generally bondana are very good , I have bought many Products prior to this but sadly let down by the quality. I don't expect much will come of this.
