Absolutely fantastic team, Ben, Dalci and Beverley were amazing and so hands on, they organised our honeymoon for us to a tee start to finish and we couldnt have been happier with the service, the food, the organisation and the advice.

I cannot speak highly enough about Ben. From day 1 when all I did was ask him for a quotation, he was helpful, informative, not pushy in the slightest, nudged at the right time and truly took the time to understand what we wanted to achieve from our holiday. He made changes until we were completely happy. What mattered to Ben the most was to make the holiday viable, affordable and the experience we were looking for. During the holiday, he was quietly there in the background making sure everything was going well and that we were happy with everything. Every day was one better than the last. On the one occasion that something turned out a bit different, he offered to make an immediate change but in the end the advice he gave us was perfect. Ben and his team created an amazing bespoke kosher holiday of a lifetime around a 5-star fresh kosher cruise on Royal Caribbean. From Miami, to Barbados, Saint Marten, St Thomas, and the Orlando Parks our family trip had something for everyone. We first used Bespoke Kosher Travel 5 years ago for an anniversary trip to The Seychelles and did not hesitate to use them for our next big trip. Ben and Dila did a wonderful job recommending top hotel options as well coordinating high-quality kosher food, island activities, and transfers. They immediately stepped in and dealt with the few minor issues that popped up. Overall, our stay was incredible, relaxing, and worry-free. Highly recommended!

I was recommended to Ben and bespoke by a friend who did a similar trip In January. I just returned from a 4 day trip to London with my post bat mitzvah granddaughter . Ben not only arranged everything, but anticipated our needs before we did and arranged and coordinated everything. We wanted to stay in the city, and the hotel Ben recommended was well located and quite comfortable. Ben arranged kosher bagged lunches to be delivered to our hotel every day. Not only were they quite delicious, but also varied and generous in size. We had some drivers and guides and also used the tube and the buses, everything worked out easily and without hitches. Vouchers and tickets for exhibits, museums and a show, were provided. No hitches. There was one error on the part of a vendor , and Ben was on top of it within minutes. There was a long wait for the eye- Ben arranged for us to go on the fast line. We were in the “eye” within 3 minutes. My husband and I met up in London and traveled, sans kids, to Portugal, for 10 days. Ben provided everything we needed in the way of food for Shabbat for us to take with us. The food lasted way beyond Shabbat, and again, was fresh and tasty. I cannot recommend Ben enough- ah, one last thing- my granddaughter and her brother were leaving London for New Jersey and my husband and I were going to. Portugal. Ben assured me that if the kids flight was delayed, etc, he would be there for them. Thank gd, it all worked out, but I felt reassured that they were not alone. Dila, who was our contact, was always available during the trip. If there was a problem, she took care of it immediately. My wife and I live in the USA and found Bespoke Kosher Travel on the Web. We were planning a trip to South Africa and were initially a little uncertain about using a travel agent so far away, especially given the 5- hour time difference. But the service turned out to be superb. In the few weeks before leaving we "met" several times on Zoom with Ben Robbins, and he answered all our questions, listened carefully to what we were and were not interested in seeing and doing, and adjusted and tweaked our itinerary as he walked us through the various options of places, trips and hotels. The result of his knowledgeable suggestions and hotel selections was an absolutely amazing trip that exceeded our expectations. We stayed in several different places -a few days in Cape town, then Plettenburg Bay, a couple of days in Zambia to visit Victoria Falls, and concluded with a safari. The hotels were magnificent, the kosher food plentiful and served with aplomb by hotel staff who were no strangers to kosher travelers, and the guides were generally really wonderful. While in South Africa, on the rare occasions when we had a question, almost always minor, Ben answered our WhatsApp queries with lightning speed, and immediately resolved the issue fully. The trip was spectacular, the service we received from Bespoke Kosher Travel was outstanding, and we will undoubtedly use them should we venture again to unknown, distant parts. India and Kosher. Ben and Debbie organised an amazing 3 1/2 week trip to India for us. All went according to plan and the local agent in India was able to accommodate last minute changes and additions. The kosher food arrived on time everywhere we stayed - Delhi, Varanasi, Kolkata, Ranthambore, Agra, Jaipur, Udaipur and Mumbai. Always fresh and tasty and in fact too much for each meal ! Knowing that the food was going to be at the right time right place each day, enabled us to focus on enjoying each day of touring in this beautiful, colourful and interesting country. Thank you. Ben and his team arranged our recent trip to the Philippines and the team did a terrific job. They worked with us to tailor our needs on a short time that we had, from our accommodation, the tours and especially the kosher food. Ben arranged our holiday to trip to South Africa in quite a short frame of time. With Ben’s knowledge of South Africa he advised us on exactly all the dos and don’ts and helped us priorities our dos according to our children’s ages. He was able to give us options with pros and cons especially with Safari. Ben listened to my requests regarding the types of accommodations we would desire for our family of seven and all four hotels/villas were spot on. Beforehand Ben went through the itinerary with my husband and I prepared us, giving us all the relevant information ie, drivers names, numbers, schedules for each day. He ordered outstanding kosher meals (be prepared South Africa portions are on the larger side) so our drivers and housekeepers were delighted to receive extra food from us. Whilst on holiday, Ben was on the other end of the phone with any small or large query and it never seemed to be a bother to him. Ben really takes Bespoke to another level. An outstanding agent who we would absolutely recommend to arrange your ideal holiday.

Ben and his team arranged our dream trip to South Africa. From the planning stage, Ben advised us on what activities to prioritise, which safari we should visit and length of time we should stay in each place. He then works with you to finalise the itinerary and arranged everything with you. Prior to going away Ben arranged a meeting to go through the itinerary which we found helpful. Whilst on holiday, Ben is constantly checking in and around should any problem arise. He was quick to deal and remedy a situation that came up that was outside of his control.
