Shaws is the Go-To estate agency in the Barons Court area. They have been finding tenants for me for five years now, and have always done a good, professional job.

My only gripe is paying all agency fees upfront but I guess that’s standard. It would be great if you’d collect post on behalf of owners when requested. Otherwise you do a great job.

Seem to sometimes forget that they are being paid by the landlords not the tenants.

Overall the service received is what I would expect for the percentage charged - however, am always disappointed that there is never any 'post' service - eg: a simple email ensuring the tenants have moved in OK would suffice. Sort of feel that once the documents have been signed and the money is in the bank, I'm on my own. Thanks

Did a very poor job managing my rental property. Check in and check out reports and inventory lists were inaccurate. Rent was late and unless I chased Shaw’s no one noticed or cared!

I made the mistake of letting them ‘manage’ my property whilst I lived out of London. I was alerted to the fact something was wrong by the plumber. When I went to investigate, my flat was in appalling condition requiring thousands of pounds of work. When confronted, they accepted no responsibility and insinuated I was lying. I was never reimbursed. Truly terrible service and an awful experience. I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy.
