I've had a great experience with the new logic device. So easy to charge and quick too. Bought a second one to have handy. Been looking at the accessories which are great. Got the charging Dock so always know where my device is.

Always posts out same day and never had any issues, I do wish the vape pen would last longer than 3 or 4 months tho

I am looking for a replacement to Vuse. I purchased a logic e 'device' and pods. Firstly, my previous Vuse device works 'normally' as any other 'device', when you inhale on a pod, it consumes battery power. If you don't inhale, then no power is used. So why would anyone install an irritating swiping on/off switch that turns off every 3 minutes?

Bought a logic vape, 2 intense peppermint pods & 2 polar mint pods at creamfields 2024. Firstly, the pod does not fit into the vape properly and when taking a puff, the pod will easily slip out. Secondly, the pods are disguising and completely lack flavour, the taste I get when I take a puff is like I’m puffing on a burnt coil. Thirdly, anytime I take a puff the vape make a huge popping sound which sounds like a spark. I didn’t take the vape back and tried to explain to the guy who sold it to me that I felt like it defective and he was very rude, almost verging on being aggressive (I’m female) telling me he wasn’t swapping it “as I chose the flavours” I was trying to explain what was happening with the popping and the burnt coil taste but he kept taking over me and wouldn’t listen. The female on the stall then came over and also started being quite aggressive towards me, telling me it wasn’t being replaced and it was my fault for buying those flavours. The security guard at the stall was standing over me the whole time too and although he didn’t say anything, I felt really intimidated by the 3 of them so just walked away. I still have the vape and 4 pods at home as I’ve been unable to smoke them. Complete waste of £22 and very bad customer service from the crew at creamfields. I would not recommend

Bought a Logic vape at Creamfields 2024. It came me with two pods, but unfortunately I got to use barely either of them as the vape itself was out of battery out of the box. I returned to the Logic hut to request a charged one (not exactly a big ask when I'd bought the thing half an hour ago) but was told I either had to buy a new one or I'd get nothing. There was no consideration at all that they could actually be in the wrong - the bloke was actually being rather rude. So for the £17 odd I paid I got maybe two minutes of a useable vape, but they won't provide a replacement? The charger provided is also poor, using a magnetic attachment only useable on a Logic vape with a USB C Male the other end. (USB C Male is not exactly a common interface I would say). The magnetic attachment constantly disconnects so you have to physically hold the charger and vape together. I luckily did have a charger with a USB C Male charging port and I managed to charge it for half an hour... The vape lasted all but 5 puffs. Useless... For £17 odd... Unfortunately there is not much good I can say. The few puffs I did get tasted fine and were quite smooth... But don't bank on it working as you may end up vapeless the rest of your event. And don't bother trying to get a refund or replacement, they'll just take your money and give you nowt.

Shocking.. bought it at a festival as a last resort. Got home and ordered the pods. One pod lasts half a day if that..don't bother with this not worth it. Would have given minus points if it had let me. No point getting in touch with customer service they don't care

Super efficient and fast service, I searched for a long time to find a suitable replacement for cigarettes as I don’t like the normal ‘sweet’ taste of other brands. I also like the feel of the vape, it is neat and unobtrusive.
