Fantastic service! The website is so easy to follow, checkout was easy and delivery was really fast.

I use the compact 6mg liquids in berry mint flavour but they have been out of stock now for weeks. Not stocked locally either. Nor are there any alternatives available in this strength. The same thing happened with logic pro which is why I ended up with the compact in the first place. Not acceptable service - I will switch to another brand or better still give up altogether.

Delivery was fine but the product itself is low quality. The battery life is incredibly short and you get very vew puffs per pod. Very disappointed. I hope this was an unfortunate incident of receiving a faulty device.

I placed order and paid by card yesterday, it confirmed my payment had been accepted etc... logged on to my account today to check on est delivery and my order has been cancelled with no email or correspondence from them. I was hoping to receive delivery tomorrow ? I rang spoke to a lady who said payment had been declined (which it hasnt as it has been debited from my account...she put me through to another department and I got a message to say office is now closed..... let me know if you want my order number !
