Liked the old logic pen but this new one is just too complicated and is not as effective as the old one. A waste of my money.

Arrived on time but not satisfied with the order. Do not like the new device. It won’t charge! The new pods, supposedly original tobacco taste nothing like the old ones. Will not be ordering from you in future.

I have been using logic for 7 years now to find out they have discontinued my usual pods and now charge £5.99 for 2 small pods, have done me a favour really cause I am not not vaping as won’t be paying those prices really disappointed x

Worst vape out yet. I ordered one and charged it and I keep trying to use it but flashing red light… called customer service to realise I can’t even send it back as I lost it so I just ordered another one for the same thing to happen again and it’s another faulty vape

I emailed the logic customer services 3 times and telephoned them to cancel my order as I had a 40% off voucher I wanted to use. I had no response so lost out. Not very happy .

Shame they've got rid of logic strawberry 🍓 compact, had to change after all these years, after buying 6 a week at a cost of nearly 40 quid , poor show all to get new customers forget about the long term customers

Why change things for the worse? The new classic tobacco flavour pods don't taste like the old ones. I can't even get onto the website to order anything as they won't accept my photo ID. I can't keep ringing up to order, it's too time consuming and expensive. I've already established my identity with the company but now I've gone to order again I've got to go through the old photo ID rigmorale again. It's so frustrating.

Like so many other people writing reviews here, I am so disappointed with Logic's new Moov technology. I loved Logic Compact but as a loyal customer I trusted Logic to improve, but the taste is awful and makes me cough, swiping up all the time is deeply irritating and the battery charge just tiny. It's rare for a company to make such a poor decision and make a successful product worse - there must be a reason, but they haven't shared it, just shedded their customers.

Having been a Logic customer for 5 years, I was always delighted with their products. However my recent order for tobacco flavour pods turned out to be a mistake. The old tobacco flavour was mild & gentle but the new pods taste horrid and made me cough violently. I'm writing to Logic to see if I can get a refund on the unused stock of pods I ordered as I certainly won't be using them. I'm seeking a new manufacturer as I won't be using Logic products again. I'm very disappointed in the new range.

Purchased the new Logic Vape together with Classic Tobacco Pods. Similar to the Compact but two problems. Firstly had to purchase a USB C adapter - no mention of this on their Website - to charge same and I cannot see how the Moov technology enhances the device as it keeps locking. Secondly, the Tobacco Pods are vile, both in taste and smell and not something I would vape in company. So disappointed. Will not be ordering again.

I have been using logic vapes for many years and am really disappointed with this new one and with no other option I will be looking at other companies. I do like the new tobacco flavour, but the vape itself doesn’t have much battery life and I have to keep puffing on it to get any vapour.
