Nick and all the people at CurrencyTransfer.com made it so easy to move my money overseas. They were on hand every step of the way and couldn't do enough to help me out. They were always on hand to respond to emails and called me back as soon as I needed them. They took all the stress out of a very stressful situation.

We needed the transfer done in 3 business days!! I was impressed that my transfer was done within 48 hours from sign up to receiving funds in my account. I have never experienced such fast service with any other FX dealer. It takes banks and other dealers at least 4-5 days for the same process. I was also dreading the documentation process but they explained what documents would be required well in advance (not after they take your money and hold up the process while asking for more documents as is the case with most other dealers). They have streamlined their compliance process which makes it so much easier to transfer funds.

Great online seemless solution I have been using the service for almost 4 years. It allows me to exchange Australian dollars in Australia to Shekels in Israel seemlessly at a transparent online rate where i calculate the difference between mid market spot rate and the rate i get to be approx 70 basis points - its a great rate and no fees. Also I am able to transfer Australian dollars to and Australian account (no fees) and I get shekles in Israel in my Israeli account. Really great service, highly recomended.

Difficulty at first to understand the website instructions and data required. Did not like the term 'recipient' (am I the recipient of the service or is the recpient the person to whom the funds are to be transferred to!!). Once the support staff had soughted this out for me then the matter became understandable. I was very impressed at the service provided to me by Emily Roberts. If she hadn't provided such excellent service I wouldn't be using your service again. Thank you Emily

Excellent service. Did save me about 90% of transfer fees compared to what my house bank did offer. At the same time the team has been very attentive to support me during the setup as well as running my first transaction. Will definitely use them more often and can only recommend them to other expats.
