I have used CurrencyTransfer.com for a number of occasions, sometimes with a large amount of money. The services were extremely reliable, and transfer settlement is usually very rapid. In addition, the exchange rate is the best I can find for exchanging in large quantity. Highly recommended.

Currencytransfer.com offers a fantastic service. I used the service to transfer the deposit for my flat and Currencytransfer.com were able to make it happen so fast (Much faster than a bank!) and offered great rates. I saved a lot of money by using them and there were no hidden costs. The website is very simple and easy to use and when you are signed up you are allocated an Account Manager. Both myself and my mum called Nick a few times and I was impressed at the speed in which I was put through to him. He was extremely professional, patient and helpful. No query was too big or too small, he was always very willing to help and offer the best advice.....and even a bit of IT technical help with my laptop issues! I would most definitely recommend Currencytransfer.com to anyone looking to transfer funds..... I wish I had found them sooner!!

i have an business account with 188 000 Euros, soon the amount will be 328 000 because some customers sent already ... currencytransfer.com team said me that i can recieve money but not put outside, and not withdrawal, because they have "technical problem", we wait next week to see whats happen, if they not unlock us we will complain to the authority ...

I'd like to recommend CurrencyTransfer. Their partner got good business and I got a rate and a simple deal. Win-win all over. I wish I could give 5 stars, but to be honest there were a couple of things I feel could go better. One is hidden fees. I was only told they'd be fees after asking directly (following a review here on Trustpilot - Thank you!). Apparently fees creep in when an intermediary bank is used for the transfer, which was the case for me. In reality the fees were 6 or 7 times higher than what the representative estimated. Depending on the amount that can be annoyingly excessive or totally negligible. The other issue was getting my account activated. It took maybe two weeks to get past that hurdle. Maybe because after providing the requested documents they took some time to review before another request for documents came in. In total was asked 3 or 4 times to come up with various documents: proof of Id, proof of address and bank details, proof of funds, then proof of source-of-funds. Again your mileage may vary - if you are in a hurry to make a transfer, be sure to say so, I believe it can help. Other than that - I got a nice account manager who 'held my hand' in the process and answered any question I had. I'll be glad to use their service in the future.

My daughter was purchasing a property in the UK. She had Euro in an account in London, we had Euro in an account in Ireland all of which had to be converted to Sterling and we wanted to get the best rate possible. We came across currency transfer.com on the internet and the rates were way better then the Banks. When we read that Currencytransfer.com is the official global payments partner for Leeds United we decided to do our trade with them. Nick Cornford was our client manager and he was available instantly to talk to us every step of the way. On 21st November 2018 I was talking to Nick and the rate was good, but as I was going to a meeting foolishly did not book the transfer there and then. Within the hour the rate started to drop significantly following Mrs Mays Brexit deal with EU. Nick phoned us immediately to make us aware of what was happening. We eventually did our trade on 29th November 2018 when the rate had risen again, and all went very smoothly with the sale closing on 30th November 2018 and originally planned. This result was only achieved because Nick pulled out all the stops at his end, following up with our banks when the transfers to currency transfers nominated account did not arrive on the designated day to ensuring that the sterling arrived into my daughters account before close of business on 29th so she in turn could transfer the funds to the solicitors account. We will never be able to thank him enough. A couple of points to note Banks have cut off times and procedures which nearly caught us out. As our timing was getting very tight we agreed with Nick that we would send our funds to currency transfers nominated account before we did our trade. It took me 40 mins to get to talk to someone in my Bank, then about another 10 to provide them with all of currency transfer details, following which my banks fraud team had to phone me back to confirm everything before the payment could be made. They called me back at 12.01....cut off time was 12.00, no pulling out stops by them to process the payment on the same day like Nick did. HSBC has a similar process but told my daughter her transfer would take either 2 hours or 3 days, a joke when you are charged a same day transfer fee. In fairness to Nick, knowing that our back was to the wall, he contacted us seeking the transfer confirmation details and followed up from his end with our banks to ensure that the funds arrived promptly into currency transfers nominated account. Currencytransfer.com also has a cut off time, their system switches from same day transfer i.e. 29th November to next day transfer i.e. 30th November around 11.30 a.m. When you are up against it the gremlins always get you,our system crashed when booking the trades, even though we had ticked "booked", "accepted" and "confirmed" and we had a panicked phone call to Nick, who calmly and professionally sorted everything out for us. Thanks Nick for such an excellent service. We will definitely be recommending Currencytransfer.com and will be making transfers with them in the future.

I’ve learned that paying some fees for the bank is paying for a peace of mind, and the whole process with Currency... added up some fees that worth to consider before you decide to transfer with them. I've tried sending money with them for the first time, and it would be the last time. Here is the case: Error No. 1: At Currency... The staff said I could send money to Bank of America. I was happy with that and willing to make a transaction without adding up fees, based on my account and the account to be sent to are within the same bank (as they told me). However, I ended up have to send to another bank, in which created 30$ domestic wire transfer fee. The system just gave me the bank account info which is not Bank of America. There was no other options, and can not be canceled.  Currency... only said “Unfortunately”. Error No.2: AF... took over the transaction process and transferred to the wrong account! My transaction was clearly confirmed to send to Siam Commercial Bank, but they sent to Bangkok Bank in Thailand. Error No.3: I received money in the new currency (in the wrong bank) with another 30$ lost from the whole amount (15$ is deducted by the bank at the destination which is understandable, another 15$ has no reason why it’s been taken). The confirmation is clearly stated 0.00 USD for “Delivery Fee” and “Transaction Fee”.   All in all, #1 staff gave me information that’s contradicts to what is real, #2 they sent money to the wrong account, #3 there are some fees that taken out from the whole amount during the transaction without letting me know.   Yes, Currency… doesn’t charge fee, but transferring money into this service costs fees, and the international transfer process costs more fees.. so.. it’s only the exchange rate that makes the difference. All I’m saying is not that it’s bad, but be more careful than a regular bank transfer and there are fees that caused later after your "can't be undone" status. Good luck! By the way, it doesn’t matter how will you show your potential to improve or to solve problems. It’s only the way to keep look. If you do want to improve, then do it and show us after that. Words are not real, the experience in your service is real.
