They went above and beyond for me. The guys are great they are a great team. This was my first experience in building a website. There were questions I didn't know to ask and they were patient and explained everything. They were sure to get clarification from me on what I wanted. I think the one important thing to know is what charges are coming start to finish.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I used Web Builder LLC for my website design starting in April of this year. I wanted my website to be done on Shopify. From the very beginning, Alfie, who was part of the design team, tried to convince me to use a different ecommerce web design site (like wordpress). When I prompted him with "oh I thought that you all were experts in shopify that is why I went with you all" he responded very rudely and every time thereafter was very abrupt and rude to me. In my contract, it was stated that the total time for the website to be done would be 2-4 weeks. My website was not done until July 10th of this year (a little over 11 weeks after they started). When I tried to get my money back when I was unsatisfied, they let me know that their "100% money back guarentee" was only for the very beginning of the design phase. I had to go through about 3 different pages on their website to finally find where it stated that (I should have known it was a scam, but they were sneaky and dishonest about it). I spoke to 3 different customer service representatives until I was told that they would call me back in 10 minutes about my money back. After OVER AN HOUR, they called me back and let me know that there would be no money back. I have sound recordings of one of the supervisors on the financial team yelling at me, and I will say, I did raise my voice back because I was tired of being treated as they were treating me. They also stated that the timing on the contract didn't mean anything, and that my website needed more time than that. This phone call was on June 7, and I believe that the person that was on this phone call with me was Liam Paul but I do not remember. It was also stated to me that if I was not satisfied with the website within the next three business days, that I would get between 20 and 50% of my payment back. That never happened, and they STILL did not finish the site until July 10. My customers are still having problems on their end with ordering, unfortunately I am going to have to hire a different company/individual who is ACTUALLY good at Shopify website building to help me redo the site and fix errors left by Web Builder. These people are not reliable, do not hire them.

Web Builder LLC an excellent location to have a well-designed website with all the bells and whistles. I had a very talented staff working with me, and the customer service was helpful, quick, and responsive. Building a fully functional website that could accept credit card and other digital payments and was hosted on a private server came at an expensive cost. I think I got a really good deal.

For the past few months, I have been constructing a website for a small Ohio township in collaboration with Web Builder LLC. Due to constraints on our end, despite the fact that I and other local government representatives have experience in this area and that we only meet once a month, the project has taken longer than expected. At every stage, David from Web Builder LLC has shown professionalism and patience. Even though we haven't been in contact with him for extended periods of time, he has always been understanding and supportive. I heartily endorse their offerings. The website they created for me is expertly designed and precisely what I requested. They adjust quickly and ensure that you et what you want.

Kevin was passionate about making sure everything happened on schedule. He was very dependable in ensuring that changes were applied as soon as possible and checked in frequently. Some of the additional charges surprised me a little, but all in all, I'm happy with my website.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I've never worked with a group so incapable of listening. They call unexpectedly and expect immediate availability, but when it comes to scheduled calls, they are consistently late and then notify me to join when it suits them. They even asked me to meet at midnight! The project, which was supposed to be completed in two weeks according to my payment receipt, has dragged on for over five weeks with no clear end in sight, leaving me increasingly doubtful. When I requested some form of compensation for the delay, they resisted. They repeatedly asked for images I had already provided multiple times. They kept assuring me "no worries" while asking questions I had already answered, wasting more time. They used artwork I explicitly stated I wouldn't use in my store. The mockups were inconsistent, with different colors on the same product images. For example, one hoodie had brown cuffs and another had white cuffs, even though they were supposed to be the same product. One image was even placed sideways, making it hard to identify. Despite their claims of quality control, I saw no evidence of it. They misspelled my name and other words in emails. I could go on, but suffice it to say, don't waste your time like I did. You never get that time back.
