They keep me informed about the steps they are taking and updates me with the progress of the entire thing and always send me a link to look at the progress to makes changes and or add something. I was able to get a fully customized e-commerce website built by WebBuilders llc and I am happy with the outcome. The only thing I wasn’t pleased with was the additional costs of the server space and plug-ins that were required such as PayPal. The process also took twice as long as what was quoted but again, it was a fully customized build from the ground up. Overall I am very happy with what was accomplished and I will probably have them help with additional branding items such as advertising banners and brand logos in the future.

Make sure you address everything you need for a website. I was quoted 1000$ for a website and did not know there was an additional 1500$ in items that were absolutely required to have a website up and running. Overall their salesman sucks, the manager i talked to when i had an issue with a ton of additional charges sucked. The only reason im leaving 4 stars is the tech Daniel working the project did a good job and was easy to work with. sales and management 2/10, technician and work completed 8/10
