Recently(last three months) my company is not getting its issues with the services provided my MozDomains heard. The automatic system is leaving us with a feeling that our concerns are no longer getting through to the people who should assist us, contrary to what happened before. Our Ticket are being closed without any notification getting to us. Somebody at MozDomains should be addressing this situation which might be happening to others, not just us. For instance, this survey is the second one we're getting although from different sources in the last 48h. What happened to the previous one we've already filled in ?

I have been using MozDomains for 2 years so far, and I found it a good Domain Host. Keep it up the good work.

We like the service but, some times i can use some technologies on shared host, because they are not updated with the major versions.
