Super knowledgeable team from office staff to installers! Helped me when my machine was broken and got me a new machine fitted within 24 hours.

Rather than doing local delivery like they used to, the blocks are now sent DPD. As a result the nearly all the bags had tears in them, which makes sanitary storage a problem and multiple of the blocks were completely smashed up. DPD could have not been more careless and they just dropped the blocks on our doorstep with a massive thump. It’s completely unacceptable that waterways can’t deliver salt blocks intact and I’m going to have to find another company for salt going forward.

Avoid at all costs! £102 service to be told they want to do is take away your softener with a minor fault (to resell) and sell you a Harveys Water Softener for (£1300) as they ARE Harveys water softeners! Bryan Clarke in Canterbury can repair any old softeners and keep them going, please don't be ripped off, particularly elderly people!

Fantastic customer service from Waterways. I would highly recommend to anyone that is looking for a water softener. The team also installed the softener for us when our plumber stated they could not make it fit - whereas the experts at Waterways fit it in our kitchen (under the sink) perfectly. Ordered on line easily , emailed 2 days later for delivery date as they are local , was given next day and turned up as expected . The driver was very helpful and polite and seemed to have a lot on that day . Would use them when next needed as service excellent and price of blocks was good also

Expert knowledge, a great choice of machines and skilled fitters. Waterways West Wickham carefully considered my requirements and visited the house to confirm installation specifics. The fitter, Dave designed a very good solution to my specific requirements. The house has been on soft water for three months now and I am delighted with the results. Bathrooms and the kitchen all look more shiny and the shower screen does not get the annoying dry scale marks any more. Old difficult to reach scale has disappeared. Surprisingly, the water in the shower and from the tap actually feels better on the skin. The machine only needs occasional salt tablets for the regeneration cycle which Waterways supplies and delivers at a fair cost. I wish I had done it years ago

He came initially to survey and discuss the process offering suggestions and a detailed explanation of what the installation would involve. So impressed were we that we subsequently asked for Dave to return and undertake the work which he carried out with great skill and diligence. Highly recommended.

I have only given a 4 star rating (it would have been 5 stars) but when I placed the order online there was a specific box to request any special instructions, I clearly requested that Waterways telephone me on my mobile approx. 1 hour before delivery but this was not received and the salt was ‘left’ on the doorstep without our knowledge and we only found later in the day! Other than that disappointing Incident the ordering process was very efficient and easy to follow.
