When i received the call I was leary of a scam. Once she started talking I could tell it wasn't and I was transferred to another person. He knew answers to every question I asked while being very neutral on the different agencies we talked about. I ended up switching to a different agency (the same policy) but 30$ cheaper a month. My advisor showed me the differences in the various options that were available to my situation. He answered my questions clearly. He made me comfortable in the decisions that I made.

The agent I spoke with, talked very fast. After asking me a few questions he said he found two Companies I did agree that one was better than the other. and then I asked if I could get a copy of the policy. I need to see the information myself The next thing I know I agreed with him about something and then all of a sudden he told me I'm signed up .I told him when I called that I was only looking to get information on different plans. I feel He had an agenda and that was to get Me signed up. I started 6 months To compare plans.Not sing up the firts day. I feel foolish.

Hannah Kips and Craig Bernard walked me through the processes that they each manage. They were both clear, patient, knowledgeable and friendly. I was a bit intimidated with signing up for the different Plans, but after speaking with each of them and being assured that they would be available for any follow-up questions or concerns, my anxiety level dropped considerable.
