My overall experience with the representative was extremely helpful and satisfying. My prescription plan price jumped $35 a month. Since it is after the enrollment period I am not able to change the prescription plan until October. Chase, the agent, gave an option of changing the company I currently am with to lower my monthly Medicare cost which helps with the increase cost of the drug plan. Then I can review and change the drug plan in October. Very pleased and highly recommend. Cshoe
