I was called by Peyton Vinson who was extremely helpful and quite competent at his job. We went over a lot of subjects and were on the phone approximately 15-20 minutes and the deal was made. He told me to call Wellcare to sign up for their service after our phone call was over. I called Wellcare and talked to Sean K Cababahay and the conversation was just the opposite, he was quite incompetent at his job. He is very hard to understand with his foreign accent and told me to "hold on" countless times.
